HOW WE OPERATE

Built to be the legitimate one

Free initial assessment

No payment to find out if recovery is possible for your case. We review your situation and give an honest feasibility answer before any commitment.

Pay only on recovery

Success fee deducted from recovered funds, agreed in writing before any work begins. No recovery means no charge, no exceptions.

Ownership verified before work starts

Legitimate owner status is confirmed through documentary evidence appropriate to the case before any technical engagement begins.

Named in-house team

Engineers with blockchain and cryptography backgrounds, working from our Japan and Sri Lanka offices alongside the teams that deliver our other services.

Air-gapped recovery environment

Wallet work happens on offline systems with no internet connection to your wallet data. Your funds are never exposed to networked systems during recovery.

WHEN WE CAN HELP

Recovery cases we take on

Most recoveries fall into one of five situations. We assess each case individually and give an honest feasibility view before any work begins.

Forgotten passwords

Encrypted wallet passwords where you have partial guesses to work from. Covers Bitcoin Core, Electrum, MyEtherWallet keystores, BIP38 paper wallets and encrypted backup files.

Partial seed phrases

Recovery from BIP39 seeds where one to four words are missing, out of order or uncertain. A higher remaining word count usually means a higher success rate.

Hardware wallet issues

Forgotten PINs on Ledger and Trezor devices, lost passphrases on top of seeds and damaged hardware where the seed is known but device access is blocked.

Damaged or corrupted storage

Old hard drives, dead phones, broken SSDs and corrupted backup files where the wallet data may still exist beneath the damage. Combined hardware and crypto recovery work.

Legitimate access transitions

Inheritance and estate recovery with documented entitlement, business wallet recovery during organisational change and multi-sig wallets where access has been disrupted.

WHAT WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR

How to know it is really us

Recovery scams target people already in distress, so we operate with hard rules that legitimate services follow. If anyone claiming to be us violates these, report it.

Never your active seed phrase or private keys

We will never ask for your active seed phrase or private keys before a contract is signed. Initial assessment runs on situation description alone.

Never claim to recover funds from scams

We will never claim to recover funds from scams by hacking the scammer. That work belongs to law enforcement and blockchain analysis firms.

Never ask you to send crypto

We will never ask you to send cryptocurrency to test or verify any process. Real recovery work needs no test transactions — this is a universal scam signal.

Never use unverified channels

We will never use unknown email addresses, encrypted messaging apps or social media to handle sensitive material. All communication runs through our verified company channels.

HOW IT WORKS

How a recovery engagement runs

Step 1

Free assessment

You describe the situation in your own words. We come back with an honest view on recovery feasibility, the likely method and a no-recovery-no-fee quote. No detailed wallet information is needed at this stage.

Step 2

Engagement and ownership verification

Contract signed, NDA in place and success fee agreed. Legitimate ownership is verified through documentary evidence appropriate to your case before any technical work begins.

Step 3

Offline recovery work

Recovery happens in an air-gapped environment with no internet connection to your wallet data. Computing time varies by case, with simple recoveries taking hours and complex ones taking weeks.

Step 4

Recovery and transfer

On success, you regain access and transfer the funds to a fresh wallet you control. The success fee is then deducted from the recovered amount or invoiced separately, as agreed in the contract.

REALISTIC ABOUT SUCCESS

What to expect by case type

We are honest about success rates because dishonesty in this industry causes real harm.

Higher success rate cases

Forgotten passwords with reasonable starting guesses, partial seed phrases with one to four missing words and hardware wallet PIN recovery on intact devices.

Variable success rate

Long-forgotten passwords with limited starting clues, severely damaged physical storage, complex multi-sig recovery and very old or obscure wallet formats.

Cases we cannot help with

Recovery from scams (this is law enforcement work), funds sent to incorrect addresses on chain (the blockchain is immutable) and some hardware wallets after multiple failed PIN attempts.

Industry success rates run around 50 to 60% across all case types. Our rates sit in line with the industry, with stronger results on the common scenarios and lower rates on edge cases.

PRICING

How pay-on-success pricing works

Almost every case runs on a no-recovery-no-fee model. We are transparent about fees before any work begins so there are no surprises at any stage of the engagement.

01

Free initial assessment

No charge for the first conversation about feasibility. We review your situation and return an honest answer on what is possible before any commitment.

02

Success fee on recovery

Fee is a percentage of the recovered amount, typically 25% depending on case complexity. Larger recoveries usually attract lower percentages, agreed in writing upfront.

03

Assessment-only flat fee

For complex cases where you want a written feasibility study without committing to recovery, a separately scoped flat fee is available on request.

CONFIDENTIALITY

How we handle your case

NDAs are signed before any technical detail is shared. Case files are encrypted at rest and in transit, accessible only to the named engineers assigned to your case.

Recovered wallet data and any sensitive material is destroyed after the engagement closes, with a written confirmation of destruction provided. We never publish, share or reference cases without explicit written permission.

FAQS

Common questions about wallet recovery

Verification depends on the case. For an active wallet you have lost access to, we look at transaction history, account creation records, exchange withdrawal records and supporting documentation. For inheritance or business cases, we accept probate documents, board resolutions or other legal evidence appropriate to the situation.

For the free assessment we need the wallet type, the kind of problem — forgotten password, partial seed, hardware issue — and rough context. Private keys, active seed phrases and full credentials are never needed at this stage. Detailed information comes only after contract signing and ownership verification.

Recovery times vary widely by case. Partial seed phrases with one or two missing words can resolve in a few hours. Forgotten passwords with limited starting information may need weeks of computing time. A realistic timeline estimate is provided at the assessment stage so you know what to expect.

You owe nothing. We close the engagement, return or destroy any case material you shared with us under the agreed protocol and provide a written closing statement explaining what was attempted and why recovery was not possible. We are honest about feasibility before contract, so failed engagements are rare.

Yes, for cases involving forgotten PINs on intact devices, lost passphrases on top of known seeds and damaged hardware where the seed phrase is known. Hardware wallets that have been wiped after multiple failed PIN attempts cannot be recovered, since the seed material is securely erased by design.

Yes. We work with executors, lawyers and family members on inheritance cases where there is documented entitlement. The verification process is more involved, with probate documents, identity checks and sometimes legal liaison required, but the recovery methods are the same once ownership is established.
